This ramen restaurant is located in the township of Tsuda within Tokushima city. It is a little far from the city centre, and quite close to the sea. This district has a lot of wood related companies for some reason.
From the photo above you can't really tell how popular this eatery is but once you get in, you will notice that the eatery is packed with lots of people. They come in, order ramen, eat and go. They have pretty simple menu, small or large ramen, and you can choose to have it with meat (pork). You can order a bowl of rice just like any other Tokushima ramen eatery. Here is what I ordered (small ramen with meat).
This is categorised as brown Tokushima ramen (Tokushima ramen is usually fallen into one of two categories; white or brown). Although this is "brown", it is slightly "red" color. I usually do not really like strong taste and saltiness of Tokushima ramen, but this one was surprisingly good. It tastes a little strong but not that bad, and in fact I really enjoyed it to finish everything in the bowl. Their pork is thin but tastes good, and their bean sprout gives good texture.
