Crystal Jade Palace is located on the fourth floor of Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road in Singapore.

It is a very famous restaurant amongst locals as well as aliens/expats and always packed during lunch time on weekends. Before they renovate their restaurant, you usually had to wait for 15 to 30 minutes or more to get in if you went there after 12 PM. After the renovation, they seem to have more seats and tables and I feel it is easier to get in. I usually can get in if I arrive there before noon. It may be partially because of the restaurant opened next door, which is also quite nice.

The food there is decent, although I usually try "Yam Cha" (Dim Sim) only. They have most of popular dim sim dishes and they are quite nice. It is also very convenient to pop in when you want to shop in Ngee Ann City or Takashimaya Shopping Centre as they are located in the same building.
