Enya (もつ煮 えんや)

This unique eatery is located about 10 to 15 minute walk from the Koga railway station of Ibaraki, Japan. They are specialised in "Motsuni" or stewed giblets.  They only have a single menu while you can order some different types of liqueur or Japanese wine.  Their food taste so nice and I am sure I will be back here.
