Nagahama Castle (長浜城・豊公園)

This castle is located at the north east side of Lake Biwa, the biggest lake in Japan. It is one of the top hundred sakura (cherry blossoms) spots in Japan. We visited there on 16 April 2017. Just the right time to visit, cherry blossoms were so beautiful. You should go up the castle (it will cost few hundred yen per person) and view the cherry blossoms from the top too. There are so many sakura places to visit in Japan so I am not sure if I will be back here in the future, but it is definitely one of the good sakura spots in Japan.
