551 Horai is Osakans' favorite Chinese eatery.  Their Butaman and Nikuman (minced port/meat buns) are very famous and some Osakans say they are the taste of Osaka (not sure how true it is).  551 Horai does not have any branch in Tokyo, so you cannot taste their meat buns in the capital of Japan; you've go to come to Osaka to try their buns.

On the other hand, they have a number of branches in Osaka and Kansai area, and we tried the one in Kintetsu Department Store at Abeno Harukas.  It is not a restaurant but they have a single counter table where you can have a quick meal.  Before taking a seat you need to buy a ticket from the vending machine, and when we were there just before lunch time, we had to wait for around 10 minutes to have our seats.

Although I did not particularly like the one I ordered (deep fried noodles with seafood, and meat bun) as I felt the deep fried noodles were a little too oily (but of course they have to be as they are deep fried), I will come back here to try their other menus.
