The western style restaurant is located on the 13th floor of Abeno Harukas, the tallest building in Osaka, and in Japan.  We arrived there just before lunch time and we could get in to the restaurant without a waiting second. Surprisingly this western style restaurant has had its history since 1897, more than a hundred years ago.  Their food is very tasty and the prices are reasonable for the quality. We ended up spending 3,210 yen for two.

By the time we finished our lunch, there was a long queue of people waiting to enter the restaurant.  So if you do not want to end up in a long queue, come here before noon.  I am sure we are coming back here again when we visit Abeno Harukas.

Very nice whole tomato salad, that comes with a lunch set. 

One of lunch sets we ordered.  Nikomi (strewed) Hamburg lunch set (1,102 yen + tax) Yummy.

Another lunch set.  Their signature Toyotei Hamburg Lunch set (1,167 yen + tax).  

To eat Toyotei Hamburg steak, you've go to tear up the aluminium foil.  Inside is yummy hamburg steak!

100 year pudding.  No idea why they call it 100 year pudding.  Maybe the history of the restaurant?  You have to add 352 yen + tax to include the desert in your lunch set.
