"Garden" is the only restaurant inside Ohtsuka Museum of Art in Naruto city, Tokushima prefecture of Japan (note: there are a couple of cafes in the museum). Their food costs somewhere between 700 yen and 1,800 yen, and is reasonably good. They do use locally grown ingredients, veges and meat.
You can only visit this restaurant by buying a ticket to enter Ohtsuka Museum of Art, so why not try this restaurant if I ever have a chance to visit the museum again.
