The cafe is located on the basement 2 of Kobe Kokusai Kaikan near Sannomiya station of Kobe, Japan. You can access to the building directly through the busy underground shopping mall of Soannomiya, They serve both drinks and cakes, and meals such as sandwiches, pastas, and pizzas amongst other menus. Their sandwiches are, although not cheap, fairly nice, and their atmosphere is better than average. This place is one of their 9 branches and there can be a queue to enter the cafe. I guess I will be back here again when I miss their sandwiches.
