The restaurant has been serving Cantonese cuisine for more than 45 years in Kobe, Japan.  This was our second visit to their branch in the Daimaru Kobe department store.  They have lots of items on their menu, but we decided to go for their all-you-can-eat (buffet) style Yam Cha (or Dim Sum or Dian Xin).  Each adult is to pay around 3,240 yen.  Considering the quality of their food, it is not expensive.  I am sure we will be back again when we crave Yam Char.

Appetizers.

They have two types of soup.  The top in the photo the usual dumping soup, and bottom in the photo is the soup of the day (it was minced pork soup).

Carrot cakes!

Minced shrimps stuffed in green paper.

Bunch of dim sums.  Yummy!

Shanghai Xiao Long Bao.

The left hand side in the photo is steamed pork and the right one is steamed bean curd.  Loved them!

Shanghai fried dumplings.  This one tastes just like Japanese fried dumplings, not like Chinese guotie.

Deep fried bean curd.

Minced pork stuffed in eggplants.

Rice dumping, or chimaki in Japanese.  Yummy!

Deep fried bean curd stuffed with shrimps and covered by sesames.

The left one is Chicken Bao, and the right one is Malaysian style steamed bun.

Deep fried sesame balls, balack sesame is inside.
