It was a very cold day just after lots of snow. I was wondering if I could get to my destination without being stopped by snow. Luckily snow did not stop me and I could safely get to my destination. Along the way, I tried this nice "Udon" eatery in the food court of EXPASA Gozaisho, that is so called "service area" located on Higashi Meihan Expressway towards Suzuka.
The eatery seems to have many branches in and around Nagoya, and this is one of them. They are specialised in "Misonikomi Udon" that is one of Nagoya's very own cuisines. I ordered Cochin (chicken from Nagoya) Nikomi Udon which cost me 1,230 yen. Quite costly considering the fact that I am eating in a food court. Nevertheless, their udon was very nice. The noodle itself was a little tough though very tasty.
Since I did not eat "Misonikomi Udon" while I was in Nagoya, I was lucky to experience their taste here a little away from Nagoya. If I ever have a chance to come around, I will try this again for sure.
