This restaurant is located on the fifth floor of "JP Tower", or Japan Post Tower right next to the Tokyo rails station's historical terminal building. JP Tower itself has the old Japan Post Tokyo Central Post Office building right below its tower. You will have a nice view of the Tokyo railway station from this restaurant.

I actually like Japanese localised western food very much and this restaurant is not bad at all. I will be back here again.
