What I heard was that the chef of this little restaurant used to be the chef at Naan Inn near Kobe Mosque. As a biriyani lover, I had to try their biriyani. The owner is very friendly and their food is very nice. Although I have not been to Naan Inn for some time, Naan Inn's biriyani matches my taste better. Though, I am sure that I will come back to Ali's Halan Kitchen when I am nearby.
