Their address can be found at the end of this article.
They came from Hawaii and have several branches in Japan. This branch in Kobe is located in Umie, a shopping mall in Kobe Harbour Land of Japan.
Not many places are open at 9 o'clock in the morning. At this shopping mall, this place and Nishimura (cafe) are the only ones open.
As their name implies they have a bunch of menus that come with eggs. We ordered a standard Egg Benedict and sunny side up + Canadian bacon + toast, two cups of coffee and one special menu (strawberry pan cake).
Yea they are all good but a little too expensive. This is one of more expensive breakfasts I have had except ones at hotels. They cost us 5,225 yen. Two eggs of sunny side up, two pieces of bacon and two half pieces of toast cost 1,030 yen. A little too expensive. Though, their food was nice and view from the place is very nice too.
I might come back here after a while.

Benedict Standard: 1,280 yen. Well, although with high the price tag, yummy. |
Eggs Sunny Side up with Canadian bacon and toast: 1,030 yen. Yummy. But how much would I need to spend if I ate this elsewhere or home... |
Their limited time special offer: 1,528 yen. Yummy! Cream is so soft and nice. Again, a little too pricey. |
Coffee: 450 yen, cafe latte: 550 yen. |
